Main Job Summary

  • Handle the front office in a way that fits the culture and standards of the organization; meet and greet guests and clients, answer, screen and direct incoming calls daily.
  • The Receptionist will also be responsible for a variety of administrative duties.

Qualifications / Experience / Skills

  • First Degree in any field
  • Minimum of 1 year cognate experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • Pleasant personality
  • Good Telephone etiquette
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to be discreet and tactful
  • Microsoft office skills
