Main Job Summary
- Handle the front office in a way that fits the culture and standards of the organization; meet and greet guests and clients, answer, screen and direct incoming calls daily.
- The Receptionist will also be responsible for a variety of administrative duties.
Qualifications / Experience / Skills
- First Degree in any field
- Minimum of 1 year cognate experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Pleasant personality
- Good Telephone etiquette
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to be discreet and tactful
