We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Front Desk/Sales Officer
- Orientate customers about the products and services of the company.
- Engage in selling of company’s product via phone, direct marketing and social media platforms.
- Receiving and directing visitors.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Diary management and Preparation of reports, maintaining office files
- Assisting and contributing in general to front desk office coordination.
- Maintaining confidentiality with regards to client information.
- Provide secretarial and administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient office operations.
- Maintain confidential records and files.
- Arrange for payment of bills such as Electricity bill, DSTV, etc.
- Type correspondence, reports and other documents.
- B.Sc/HND in related discipline
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience; with proven sales record.
- Must have a flair for sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Strong administrating skills
- Good people management
- Organizational skills
