- Knowledge and understanding of Sales techniques like Pipelines, etc
- Making appointments to meet new and existing customers
- Understanding your customers’ needs
- Making presentations to promote new products and special deals
- Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
- Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by telephone
- Watching your competitors and the products they are offering
- Going to conferences and seminars and keeping up with industry trends
- Meeting sales targets
- Maintain necessary data& records for future reference
- Writing reports for Management and operations review
- Setting the Sales direction and strategy for given periods and seasons
- Directing and leading the Sales team
- Facilitating Sales strategy, motivational and training sessions
- Bachelor’s or MS Degree in Marketing with years of relevant experience in document management or printing or cosmetology industries
- Knowledge of Sales applications (CRM) is mandatory
- Professional Certification is an advantage
- Master’s Degree is an advantage
- Completion of National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to inspire and lead a team
- Report writing
