Job Title: Head of Housekeeping

Job Location: Abuja.

Description: The primary role of this position is to supervise, train and work alongside your staff to ensure all apartments rooms are sparklingly clean and in tip-top condition.


  • B.Sc in relevant field.
  • With at least 5 years work experience in relevant field
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Displays integrity and honesty
  • Able to follow and adhere to standard policies and procedures

Job Specifications:

  • Supervising all the housekeeping department staff.
  • Ensuring effective quantities of linen, cleaning materials and guest supplies, such as soap, shampoo, etc.
  • Assisting in the awarding of rooms to attendants and supervision of rooms for cleaning
  • Scheduling staff roster.
  • Monitoring of room cleaning to ensure adherence to operational  standards
  • Ensuring lost property is kept safely and returned to its owners
  • Ensure appropriate furnishing in all apartments
  • All other supervisory tasks as assigned
