Job Title: Office Manager
Job Location: Lagos
Educational Qualification: Must have a degree in any relevant discipline
Years of Experience: Must have at least three years working experience as an office manager.
- Must have good knowledge of the use of Amadeus
- Must be able to work without supervision
Job Specification(s): Responsibilities
- Managing the ticketing department effectively
- Devincing means for growth
- Working to strict deadlines and achieving targets as outlined by the Managing director.
- Provide responsive services to clients ensuring that all queries, complaints, problems and transaction requests are attended to quickly and efficiently.
- Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
- Develop and implement action plans to develop new business and to broaden existing client relationship.
- Problem solving, planning and decision making.
- Providing help and advice to our customers on our products and services.
