Job Title: Shop Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree

Years of Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role

Other Requirements:

  • Great communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Good Management of people and the business
  • A flare for negotiation and networking.
  • Adequate Proficiency in Computer Software Application such as Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Strong analytical skills whilst having a good standard of numeracy in order to analyze facts and figures.
  • Must be Presentable

Job Specification(s): Responsibilities:

  • Ensure delivery of excellent customer care and service delivery  for a first time resolution
  • Managing existing client relationship
  • Compile daily reports on overall customer interactions and satisfaction
  • Capturing and updating customer records on the Customer Relationship System Software
  • Close out and open all transaction records through the use of a computer
  • Carry out Administrative functions
  • Carry out all assignments that are ancillary to the primary assignment
  • Cross selling and upselling of firm’s product(s)
  • Study of market movement.
  • Execute tactical plans to counter competition in the territory
  • Identify and resolve customers’ queries/complaints/issues effectively and efficiently
  • Escalating Customers queries/complaints/issues when necessary to appropriate unit
